Let me add a few things to the Hard/Easy idea.
Make school hard by:
1. not getting enough sleep
2. not getting enough real exercise every day!
3. not getting enough good food
4. getting behind in your school work
5. getting mad at...mom, teacher, the assignment, the time of day... just getting mad.
Make school easy by:
1. being healthy...mentally, physically , spiritually.
2. learning about things you love
3. thinking of "school" as your "work". Be like Dad when he goes to work. Be focused. Be wiling to work hard.
4. Find a reason to apply what you learned at school to make your life better. Do this daily.
5. Following "Grandma's Rule", which is: "First you eat dinner...then you get desert!" For you this can mean...'Do the hard things first...then do the things you like best last'
